We’re partnering with a high-growth, tech-enabled healthcare group backed by one of Europe’s leading PE firms to appoint a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This is a pivotal, board-level role leading operations across medical, dental, and diagnostic sites — while embedding digital innovation and AI across the platform.
? Your Mission
As COO, you will:
* Lead and scale operations across the UK and Benelux
* Drive post-acquisition integration and operational excellence
* Build digital-first systems and teams that deliver outstanding patient care
* Embed AI and data-driven tools into workflow and clinical governance
* Report to the CEO and collaborate closely with private equity stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
* Senior leadership in multi-site healthcare (e.g. hospitals, dental groups, diagnostics, pharmacy)
* Experience in PE-backed or fast-growth organisations
* Track record in digital transformation and tech-led operations
* Strong leadership, clinical awareness, and strategic execution
* Fluent English is essential; French or Flemish is highly desirable
* Ability to operate across UK and European markets
