BRC is a well-established nationwide fundraising company with a portfolio of charity partners, including national charities. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team of private site fundraisers.

Hours: Full Time
We are looking for professional charity fundraisers to join our committed teams. You will work on the charity’s frontline in your local community, raising awareness and supporters for our charity’s weekly lotteries. Supporters’ donations significantly impact the charities and offer a chance to win exciting prizes!
This role is ideal if you are confident, enjoy talking to people, making a difference, and seeking a rewarding role outside an office environment.
If you have experience in roles such as field sales, door-to-door sales, venue sales, events, exhibitions, party planning, or face-to-face sales (including utilities, broadband, and outside sales), this could be perfect for you.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of work experience, with 12 months in a customer-facing sales role preferred.
* Driving license and own transport, with willingness to travel within your area.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Resilience, self-motivation, dependability, and reliability.
* Caring, compassionate, and positive mindset.

* Salary: £26,000
* Uncapped commission scheme (OTE £60k)
