About the Role
St Clere's School seeks an experienced, dynamic, and inspirational Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team. The candidate should demonstrate effective working practices and share Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust's co-operative and inclusive ethos. The role involves developing inclusion, safeguarding, and a restorative approach to behaviour, positively impacting the school's ethos and culture. The Assistant Headteacher will support the formulation of school aims and objectives, establish trust policies, and oversee staff and resources to achieve these goals.
