Eligibility

To be considered for this position, applicants should have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the legal or real estate industry. A strong academic foundation, along with proven skills in planning, organization, and multitasking, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with legal documentation tools will be critical to success in this role. Role

The Legal Clerk will serve as a key support professional within the legal department, ensuring that documentation and processes are handled with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include drafting, organizing, and maintaining contracts and legal documents, as well as managing filing systems and databases. The role involves monitoring compliance deadlines, coordinating document execution, and assisting with legal research when required. Clerks will also prepare legal reports, correspondence, and summaries, ensuring that information is readily available to management and stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with multiple departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure that all legal requirements are met during project development. By maintaining meticulous records and supporting legal decision-making, the Legal Clerk contributes directly to the department’s success.
