The salary for this role is £12.36 and up to £13.53 across selected locations within London. No previous experience required & full training will be provided.

Boots Healthcare Sales Assistants play a key role with their in-depth knowledge of health and wellness to enhance every customer and patient’s experience.
About the role
As a Healthcare Sales Assistant, your main responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive care by advising on healthcare products and services. You will also:
1. Provide holistic healthcare advice, helping customers and patients make informed choices about health and wellness products and services.
2. Engage with customers using The Boots Healthcare Way to ensure they receive appropriate solutions and advice tailored to their needs.
3. Act as the store’s health and wellbeing ambassador, staying updated on the latest products and health topics.
4. Promote the Boots omnichannel offering and guide customers to additional solutions such as Pharmacy Services, Online Doctor, and Boots.com.
5. Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
6. Refer patients to healthcare professionals like Pharmacists as necessary.
What you’ll need to have

7. Ambassadorship for the Boots brand and a desire to learn about health topics.
8. Willingness to complete a Healthcare Training Programme at NVQ2 or equivalent.
Preferred but not essential
Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not mandatory.
