Role Summary
As a Sous Chef you will be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Previous branded experience in a similar role or experience as an experienced Commis Chef.
* Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
* Accountable for running the line during service.
* Oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team – helping develop their skills.
* Maintain the highest standards of food and service.
Pay and Hours
Up to £13 per hour for up to 30 hours per week, on a reliable hours contract.
