Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Ewloe – Hybrid Salary: £35,000 Contract type: Permanent LI-Hybrid About the role This role involves collaborating with the Product Team and suppliers to craft compelling narratives for new products, developing a content strategy based on deep market insights, supporting sales teams with engaging materials, maintaining key content areas, and leading a Digital Marketing Assistant to encourage professional growth and teamwork. The objectives of the role will include: Content Marketing Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of target markets, buyer personas, and customer journeys to effectively position our products. Propositions: Work with the Product Team and suppliers to create compelling propositions and stories for new products and features. Sales Enablement: Create engaging sales materials, case studies, pitch decks, and training resources to support sales teams. Content Maintenance: Maintain key content areas, including the website, social media, and product literature. Pease note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement 3 days a week. You must be able to commute to the office in Ewloe. What you’ll do Tasks: Assist the Head of Marketing Operations in governing content platforms, including the CMS and Content Planner Tool, implementing the content strategy across all online channels Utilise in-depth knowledge gained through research, analysis, and tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush to inform decisions about website content, CRO, and overall content strategy Liaise with Product Owners and Marketing Managers to ensure product and service content is relevant, accurate, and effectively promotes benefits Oversee and maintain website content, collaborate with the SEO agency and the marketing management team to deliver best practice copy, technical and on-page optimisation with a focus on increasing organic traffic. Be an ambassador for web content marketing, proactively leading content initiatives across the business. Support the planning and execution of the content plan Plan, research, create, proof read, publish, and measure the performance of content, producing high-quality, compelling content aligned with target markets and business goals Own, update, and maintain the content team's work schedule, including project time frames and delivery dates Provide and use qualitative and quantitative data to drive engagement and web conversions. Lead and develop the Digital Marketing Assistant Requirements What we are looking for? Essential At least 3 to 5 years B2B marketing, preferably IT and Technology based Marketing Specific Qualifications Copywriting experience Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to deliver to tight time frames Leadership skills to guide the digital content team and meet all deadlines Experience in the digital publishing environment, creating, editing, and publishing content is advantageous Experience in Powerpoint, Wordpress and Avada are advantageous Ability to participate and contribute as a team player while working independently Effective communication across departments and stakeholders Ability to analyse campaign performance and report on successes Desirable Previous experience in a B2B digital marketing role. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or similar. Experience in SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
