Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Hammersmith, London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Weeks)
* Week 1: 7:00am - 4:00pm
* Week 2: 8:00am - 5:00pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established facilities team within a modern commercial building in West London.
This is a site-based role offering a great working environment, supportive client, and strong work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule.
The Role
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across M&E systems.
* Working on HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and plant equipment.
* Supporting with plumbing, legionella compliance, emergency lighting and fire alarms.
* Managing and supervising subcontractors on site.
* Supporting the wider engineering team with technical tasks.
* Participating in a call-out rota when required.
Package
* £45,000 basic salary
* Monday-Friday working pattern (rotating shifts)
* 26 days annual leave + bank holidays

Requirements
* Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
* Experience within building services / commercial maintenance.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC and plant systems.
* Experience managing subcontractors desirable.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
