The Role:
The Third Party Supplier Associate will sit within the Operations business area of the UK Bank and will support the Bank’s supplier lifecycle activities within a regulated financial services environment.
This role plays a vital part in maintaining compliant, well‑governed third‑party relationships by supporting onboarding, due diligence, contract reviews, ongoing monitoring, and supplier offboarding.
The Third Party Supplier Associate will work closely with teams across the banking business, ensuring that outsourced and third‑party services meet FCA regulatory expectations and align with internal policies and risk frameworks.
The Third Party Supplier Associate will support the onboarding and offboarding of suppliers, ensuring all regulatory and internal policy requirements are met – reviewing supplier contracts where required.
The Third Party Supplier Associate will gather and verify required documentation (due diligence, financials, security assessments, policies). Support the onboarding and offboarding of suppliers, ensuring all regulatory and internal policy requirements are met. Help administer the Bank’s supplier management tools (e.g., Gatekeeper), ensuring data is current and complete.
Third Party & Supplier Coordinator will assist in the preparation of supplier performance reports, KPIs, dashboards, and Monthly Supplier Review (MSR) packs. Assist with activities related to Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Management, ensuring supplier information aligns to important business services and regulatory reporting requirements.
The Third Party Supplier Associate will maintain up‑to‑date supplier records, pricing information, contract registers, and system repositories.
The Candidate
2-3 years Operational experience with some experience in Supplier Management within Financial Services and an interest in developing expertise in supplier management/vendor management.
An understanding of third-party relationships supporting Financial Services business.
An appreciation and understanding of FCA Outsourcing regulations.
