Role: Operations Administrator
Location: Sandy
Hours: 8am - 4pm (flexible)
Salary: £28,000
We’re looking for a highly organised Operations Administrator to support the smooth delivery of client projects. You’ll review project documentation, prepare accurate pack breakdowns and ensure all information is shared correctly with internal teams. This role suits someone detail-focused, proactive and with advanced excel skills.
What will you be doing in the Operations Administrator role?
Review project documents and prepare job timings and pack specs.
Organise and issue job packs for production teams.
Query supplied data, drawings and specs to improve quality or reduce cost.
Manage change requests and communicate updates to relevant departments.
Manipulate CODI documents for counting machine efficiencies.
Support scheduling, planning and communication across Production, Estimating, Account Management and Logistics.
Flag issues early and help find solutions to keep projects on track.
Experience/qualifications required:
Experience in a print/production/packing environment.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Confident communicator who works well with multiple internal teams.
Reliable, proactive and thorough in approach.
