You will work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Alongside the Head Teacher, you will help set the school's vision, ensuring the right people and plans are in place so that our young people leave feeling proud of their achievements. Opening in February 2026, Felden Hall School is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility providing education for pupils aged 8-16 with diverse needs, including autism and SEMH. This exciting new school serves Hemel Hempstead and surrounding communities. Our goal is to provide an outstanding educational experience, focusing on individual progress and care.

* Previous teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status
* At least 2 years of leadership and management experience

* Effective interpersonal skills to develop a cohesive staff team
