I’m working with a long-established, highly regarded law firm based in Merseyside, which is expanding its Residential Property team. The firm has a strong reputation for client care and legal excellence, blending traditional values with a modern, practical approach to legal services.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire at multiple levels:
1. Residential Conveyancing Solicitors (Range in PQE) OR experienced fee earners
2. Experienced Paralegals and Legal Assistants with residential conveyancing experience

The Roles
The successful candidates will join a busy, structured conveyancing department handling a wide range of residential property transactions, including:
3. Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
4. Transfers of equity
5. New build transactions
6. Re-mortgages
7. Shared ownership and Help to Buy work
Support, systems, and administrative help are in place, and the firm maintains a quality-over-quantity approach to caseloads.
Requirements: Paralegals / Legal Assistants
8. A minimum of months’ experience supporting in residential conveyancing
9. Understanding of the full transaction process from instruction to post-completion
10. Strong administrative and organisational skills
11. Experience dealing with clients, agents, and third parties
12. Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
13. Familiarity with conveyancing case management systems is an advantage
Requirements: Solicitors/Fee Earners
14. Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5+ years PQE) OR experienced Fee Earner
15. Solid experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
16. Strong client care and communication skills
17. Ability to manage files from start to finish with minimal supervision (depending on level)
18. Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy team
19. Knowledge of lender panel requirements and CQS compliance is desirable
