Our Client, a busy & large Automotive Accident Repair Centre in Neath, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician to join their busy team of Bodyshop productives.
For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of £21 per hour, pending experience and current earnings.

Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
Complete the assigned jobs within the estimated paint times.
Safeguard the customer’s vehicle and its contents while in the bodyshop.
Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to the customer.
Carry out repairs according to best practice and procedures.
Meet acceptable safety and quality standards.
Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas, and equipment accurately for all paint repairs.
Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager if a work order is not clear or seems to be incorrect.Skills and Qualifications Required:
Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role
The ability to work to a high standard with an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques
ATA would be beneficial
At least a Level 2 in NVQ Vehicle Accident Repair Principles, or equivalent.
