* Maintain product certifications and accreditations, including organic standards
* Prepare, review and manage technical documentation such as labels and data sheets
* Provide regulatory input during new product development activities

* Respond to technical and regulatory queries from internal teams
* Contribute to internal reports and regulatory documentation as required

* Knowledge or interest in food safety or feed safety regulations
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Desirable

* Experience with regulatory processes in food or feed sectors
* Knowledge of fermentation processes, silage inoculants or related microbiological manufacturing processes

Personal Attributes

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
* Comfortable working within an international and multidisciplinary team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Flexible and adaptable
* A collaborative team player who communicates effectively with colleagues across functions

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: £36,000 – £40,000
* Bonus: Up to 10% performance bonus
* Pension: 7% employer contribution / minimum 1% employee contribution (with option to increase)
* Life Assurance: 4x salary
* Health Cash Plan
* Holiday: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing to 28 days with long service)
* Cycle to Work Scheme (after probation)
* Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
* Location: Hybrid working
