The incoming Associate will be required to assist on a wide range of commercial property matters. Your tasks will include freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and property aspects of finance / lending and options. Ideally, you will have experience within commercial property and some knowledge of planning, building and construction would be desirable.
