The role also includes providing general administrative support to the wider business and, over time, managing a small portfolio ofblocks or overseeing financial support service clients. The Role SupportingBlockManagers with the day-to-day management of residentialblocks, including responding to leaseholder enquiries and maintaining accurate records. Administering buildings insurance claims and coordinating with insurers, contractors, and stakeholders. Assisting with site inspections, completing follow-up actions, and supporting compliance activities (Health & Safety, Fire Risk, Asbestos). Obtaining and presenting contractor quotations, issuing work orders, and assisting with contract management and re-tenders. Providing general administrative support, including reporting, correspondence, system updates and project/task management. About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Comfortable usingblockmanagement systems and Microsoft Office.
