Traditional and modern dishes are available, and guests can dine on the terrace or in the gardens during summer. A range of award-winning beers and wines are available. Main duties and responsibilities: You will be required to assist in the day-to-day running of the reception area, answering calls, handling guest enquiries, checking guests in and out, taking reservations. You will work closely with other hotel departments, especially housekeeping, to ensure rooms are ready for guests to check in. This is a busy front desk so you must be organized and able to work as a team or on your own initiative, providing a high level of customer service at all times. Essential criteria: You will have at least previous reception experience within a good quality hotel Ability to work a variety of shifts on a rota Have a mature and pleasant manner Be a team player Important Notes: 1.
