[Nursery brand name] in [location], part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for an Early Years Teacher to lead practices across the Early Years Foundation Stage and promote excellence.
What you will be doing
* Influence and shape the practices in the nursery and share in a collective responsibility for their implementation.
* Be open to opportunities for improvement and encourage staff to make suggestions on nursery practices.
* Support the process of effective assessment, recording and reporting on progress in children’s development and learning.
* Play an active role in identifying and finding ways of meeting the professional development needs of nursery practitioners.
* Coordinate and implement agreed programmes and interventions on a day-to-day basis.
* Encourage other practitioners to have high expectations of all children and demonstrate commitment to helping them achieve their full potential.
* Ensure all staff demonstrate the positive values, attitudes and behaviour expected from the children.
Responsibilities
* Lead practices across the Early Years Foundation Stage to promote excellence.
* Work with the team to implement nursery practices and maintain high standards of care and education.
Qualifications
* The candidate must have Qualified Teacher Status, Early Years Professional Status, or be Level 6 Qualified.
