What You’ll Do
* Partner directly with founders and executives to define key business questions
* Build analytical models and uncover insights that shape strategic direction
* Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and process improvement
* Create compelling presentations that influence high-level decisions
* Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
* Measure ROI on strategic initiatives and communicate findings clearly

What We’re Looking For
* 3–6 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, or data strategy
* Proficiency in SQL and a modern BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
* Ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
* Sharp critical thinking and genuine curiosity about how businesses grow\
* Experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce analytics
* Familiarity with Python or R
* Financial modelling or KPI dashboard experience
* Consulting background or startup exposure
