Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. This role is pivotal in facilitating the renting of properties and maintaining properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess a excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
* Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
* Negotiate between landlords and tenants.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
* Prepare marketing materials.
* Provide administrative support including managing client databases, scheduling appointments, and preparing documentation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Conducting property inspections as and when required and completing all related documentation requirements.
* Other duties as assigned.
Skills
* Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Additional Information
* Hours are 9 am to 17:30 am Monday to Friday and one Saturday in every three with a day off in lieu.
* Company car provided where possible during business hours.
* 28 days paid holiday including UK recognized bank holidays.
* Office location(s): Lakenheath (IP27 9RX) and Beck Row (IP28 8AJ). The successful candidate will be required to work from either office as and when required.
