Salary: £59,872 (inc Shift Allowance) Location: Coleshill We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Team Leader to support and lead a skilled maintenance team within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role where you'll help drive performance, ensure standards are maintained, and act as the vital link between maintenance and wider operations.
