You’ll ensure system integrity, streamline workflows, and lead KPI reporting that gives the business the insights it needs to perform at its best.Influence Major Projects From Day OneBe a key voice in both capital and non‑capital projects, ensuring reliability principles are built in from concept to commissioning. You’ll champion Early Equipment Management (EEM) to deliver robust designs, smooth start‑ups, and long‑term asset performance.Drive Risk‑Based Strategies That Protect the BusinessDevelop methodologies to optimise asset strategies and reduce operational risk. Your work will directly shape how we prioritise, maintain, and invest in our equipment.Solve Complex Problems That MatterPartner with manufacturing and cross‑functional teams to lead Root Cause Analysis for recurring failures. You’ll guide teams to sustainable solutions that eliminate issues at their source and strengthen long‑term reliability.Deliver High‑Value ImprovementsIdentify and lead Value Optimisation initiatives that boost performance, reduce costs, and unlock efficiency.
