What Will You Do?
As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering our top-notch pest management services to residential customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and entry points.
* Applying approved pest control products safely and effectively.
* Educating customers on pest prevention and maintenance.
* Building strong relationships with clients and expanding our customer base.
* Maintaining pest control equipment and ensuring it’s in top condition.
* Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
* Driving and operating a company-provided service vehicle.
Essential Job Functions
* Work in tight spaces like basements and attics.
* Handle various pests, including insects and rodents.
* Safely navigate around mechanical parts and chemicals.
* Be prepared for physical activity, including climbing and crawling.
* Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
What Do You Need?
* A clean-shaven face for safety reasons.
* A high school diploma or GED; relevant experience is a plus.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
* A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
* Willingness to learn and grow in pest control knowledge.
* Strong communication skills and basic math abilities.
* Customer-facing experience is preferred.
