With a menu that places rotisserie chicken centre stage, our eye for the best produce further delights with classic dishes celebrating seafood and steak with some classic London sass.
Spread over two floors, the concept is clean, refined and elevated.
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a talented and highly skilled Chef de Partie with lots of personality, charm & charisma. You should bring at least 1 years’ experience as a CDP with bags of banter.
Our Chef de Parties are kitchen warriors, food fanatics, bring the vision to life and food to the plate! You will support your Head Chef and grow your skillset as you progress through the ranks. You should be incredibly passionate about the hospitality industry, a team player and have the enthusiasm to bring only the best food to the table. You will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career – become our future Sous- and Head Chefs.

REQUIREMENTS
· Friendly & outgoing personality with enormous passion for the industry
· British cooking experience
· Team player and hungry to learn
· Great knife skills
· Level 1 Food Hygiene & trained in HACCP
· Wants to progress and develop their career
· Loyal, honest & respectful, likes to have a laugh
