The Commercial Property team advises a diverse client base including developers, investors, landowners, occupiers, and businesses on a wide range of commercial property transactions. Due to continued growth, the Spalding office is looking to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to the team.
The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE or more to join a dynamic and well-established team. You'll work on varied and high-quality matters, supporting clients through complex transactions and contributing to the continued success of the Spalding office.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, leases, development projects, property finance, and landlord and tenant matters.
Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property documentation.
Manage your own caseload efficiently and with a commercial mindset.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high standards of service and advice.
Work closely with colleagues within the team and across the firm.
Actively contribute to business development and networking activities to grow the firm's local commercial property offering.
Keep up to date with relevant legal developments and ensure compliance at all times.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
Strong technical knowledge across all key areas of commercial property work.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
Organised and able to manage your own caseload proactively.
Confident working independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
Client-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent service.
