An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2-4 years PQE) to join a thriving and well-respected law firm based in Eastbourne. The Role
You will take on a varied caseload of commercial property work, including:
* Sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold premises
* Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiation and renewals
* Development and planning issues
* Property elements of secured lending and business finance
* Commercial property support on corporate transactions
The role offers a strong mix of autonomy and collaboration, with direct access to clients and the opportunity to help shape how the team grows.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales with 2-4 years' experience in commercial property
* Solid technical ability and commercial awareness
* Excellent client-handling and communication skills
* Confidence managing your own matters, with partner support where needed
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in building client relationships
* Interest in networking and contributing to business development activities
