Job Summary
The Car Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of both new and pre-owned vehicles, assisting customers through the buying process, and ensuring a positive, personalized car-buying experience. This role involves meeting sales targets, demonstrating vehicles, negotiating deals, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
What we are looking for
* Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage.
* Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and automotive sales software.
* Knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
* Licensing: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
* Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for cars and customer service. Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
