Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a supportive and specialist SEN school in Bournemouth, catering to secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
We are currently seeking a flexible and committed KS3/KS4 Teacher to join the school on a full-time basis from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable teacher who is confident delivering a variety of subjects across different year groups.
About the Role:
Position: KS3/KS4 Teacher (General Subjects)

Setting: Specialist SEMH secondary school
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a range of subjects
Support students with SEMH needs in their academic and personal development
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with a skilled team of support staff and senior leadership
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
Experience working with young people with SEMH or additional needs (preferred)
Able to teach across multiple subject areas with flexibility and creativity
Calm, resilient, and nurturing approach to classroom management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
