We are a busy mail order company based in Sittingbourne and are looking to employ a Purchase Ledger clerk
Duties to Include
Coding and posting Invoices to our system
Sending them for approval and updating the system
Digital filing of invoices
Preparation of BACS payments
Reconciling Supplier Statements
Dealing with e-mails
Skills needed
Good working knowledge of Outlook / Word / Excel
