This position is for an Early Careers Recruitment Manager who will oversee all aspects of recruiting, on-boarding, and developing the talent pipeline for our financial services firm in the human resources department. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top-tier graduates and early career professionals.

Description
* Manage and oversee the entire recruitment cycle for early career roles
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier graduates
* Build strong relationships with universities and other educational institutions
* Ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires
* Work with management to identify future hiring needs
* Monitor and report on recruitment metrics
* Utilise Workday recruitment modules for efficient process management
* Collaborate with the human resources department on other projects as needed
Profile
The ideal Early Careers Recruitment Manager should have:
* Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in early careers or campus recruitment - evidenced by a minimum of 5 annual cycles
* Demonstrable experience of working within regulated Investment Management or Technology sectors
* Strong knowledge of Workday recruitment modules
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Degree in human resources, business, or related field
