An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Forester to join our Nicholsons Forestry team. We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys a hands-on, physical role, whilst working in beautiful outdoor environments and learning practical skills from an experienced team. If you’re enthusiastic, hardworking and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you. Key responsibilities: Planting Brush cutting Chainsaw work Vegetation management General woodland maintenance The ideal candidate will: Have a keen interest in the outdoors Be able to work effectively & efficiently Have good communication skills Be willing to work in all weathers Remain professional at all times Desirable but not required: Able to demonstrate practical experience in woodland operations Any relevant technical competencies A full UK drivers licence is required for this role due to the remote location of our projects.
