Office Attendance: hybrid; work in office 2 days per week.

What you’ll bring
* Creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of new predictive models within our claims department.
* Apply data science techniques to model customer behaviours to drive better decision making, a better customer journey, improved business outcomes and cost controls.
* Adherence to our governance framework to keep our data safe.
What we are looking for
* Previous experience working with Microsoft Fabric (or Databricks) to create and maintain AI/ML models.
* Experience working with large, complicated datasets.
* An ability to manage own workload and re-prioritise when required.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills to share insights with technical and non‑technical audiences.
