For the Ealing Perinatal Team
This is a full-time role – Mon – Fri, 9-5 (Office based)
Based on the St Bernards Site – Ealing
We are seeking an experienced, confident, and personable administrator for the above role. The ideal candidate will need to have the following key skills:
1. Confident and able to work independently
2. Proficient in using Rio
3. Good IT skills, especially Excel
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with team members, professionals from other teams, and patients
5. Ability to deal compassionately and appropriately with emotionally vulnerable or distressed patients
6. Organised
7. Proactive and able to use own initiative
The post holder will be part of a wider team of administrators responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to multidisciplinary community mental health services across three London boroughs. They will support the team to ensure the service operates effectively and efficiently, providing a responsive and friendly experience for referrers, service users, and their families or carers. This may include supervising reception staff, depending on the team location.
The post holder is required to deliver and maintain a range of administrative procedures that enhance the collection and recording of patient information and service performance data to meet service objectives and deadlines.
