LHH is working with a client who is looking to hire a Performance Media Team Manager to oversee delivery excellence, mentor a talented team, and drive measurable impact for a range of clients. This is a leadership role with real influence, from workflow management and quality assurance to client engagement and innovation. What you’ll be doing: Leading and coaching a team of media specialists to deliver high-quality campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic. Owning day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows, timely delivery, and effective issue resolution. Acting as a senior media expert in client meetings, providing strategic recommendations and building trust. Supporting campaign activation during peak periods and troubleshooting complex platform issues. Collaborating with data and strategy teams to ensure tracking, reporting, and optimisation are fit for purpose. Contributing to new business proposals and shaping media strategies with commercial insight. What we’re looking for: Proven experience across paid media channels, with a strong grasp of campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis. A confident leader who can manage, mentor, and inspire others. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong client-facing communication and commercial awareness. A collaborative mindset and curiosity about new tools, automation, and smarter ways of working.
