The Opportunity
Were looking for a Graduate Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a proactive outbound sales role with an international focus, and youll work directly with the founders as we expand into Europe.
This isnt your typical graduate sales role. Youll be helping customers buy and sell high-value machinery tractors, diggers, telehandlers across borders. These are major business decisions, and trust is everything. That means fast responses, clear communication, and integrity in every interaction.
?? No prior sales experience required youll receive full training, mentorship, and the chance to learn sales, operations, and international business in a fast-paced startup. If youre ambitious, resilient, and excited to learn, this is a brilliant first step into your career.
Responsibilities
Learning how to prospect new buyers and sellers through calls, emails, Text, and social outreach
Developing the skills to hit and exceed lead generation and qualification targets
Researching prospects and sending personalised outreach at scale
Building trust with buyers and sellers through responsiveness and honesty
Supporting the wider sales process as needed were a small team, so youll get exposure to everything
Assisting with operations and buyer education in your second language (Spanish, French, German, or Polish)
Your Attributes
Fluency in English plus one of: Spanish, French, German, or Polish
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Organised and able to keep track of multiple conversations and tasks
Willing to step outside your comfort zone and learn how to handle outreach and rejection professionally
Integrity your word matters, and our customers need to know they can trust you
A team player with a self-starter mindset and commercial curiosity
No sales experience required
