We are currently seeking applications from people interested in a Part-Time hands-on Cleaning Supervisor role based at one of our high-profile University contracts based in Crawley, WA.
The Position:
* Permanent part-time, Monday to Friday 06:00AM - 10:00AM
* Oversee and train cleaning staff
* Schedule cleaning staff and assign tasks
* Ensure that all areas are cleaned to company standards
* Ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition
* Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
* Remuneration is CSE Level 3 + Leading Hand Allowance
* Experience in cleaning operations; commercial or industrial (desired) but not essential
* Current Police Clearance no older than 6 months or willing to obtain
* Current Driver's Licence
* Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
* Professional presentation and customer service
* Own and maintain a smart phone (to access work apps)
