Join Our Dynamic Outsourced Sales Team

Are you an experienced telesales executive looking for a role that offers genuine variety and career development? At Hayward Miller, we're seeking a personable and results-driven B2B Telesales Executive to join our growing team and client base in Thetford, Norfolk.

As a leading outsourced sales company, we work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. This unique position offers you the opportunity to develop expertise across various industries whilst being part of a multiskilled team delivering results for national and international clients.

The Role

Working closely with our digital marketing team, you'll manage the full sales pipeline for several clients, from initial outreach through to closing sales. This B2B focused role offers an engaging and rewarding opportunity to drive real business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Making consistent outbound calls to warm leads, follow-ups from digital campaigns, and strategic cold calling
* Managing the complete sales journey: prospecting, following up, and closing sales through calls and emails
* Collaborating with our digital marketing team to maximise lead conversion
* Joining client meetings and prospect calls to represent their business professionally
* Learning and adapting quickly to different client products and services
* Maintaining accurate records and providing regular progress reports
* Building lasting relationships that drive business growth

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales or B2B sales roles with regular calling responsibilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong comprehension skills with the ability to quickly learn and discuss various industry solutions as an expert
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems
* UK driving licence and reliable transport (on-site parking provided)
* Friendly and personable approach to relationship building

What We Offer

* Competitive salary of £29,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
