The role will lead the full life cycle of a range of programmes, from identifying needs and recruiting new talent through to designing and delivering the training and development of those on our programmes. You'll work strategically and tactically with the Early Careers Manager and the senior leadership team to ensure our programmes align with group strategy and reflect our High Performance Culture. Core Responsibilities: - Lead and programme manage existing programmes to budget, managing placement rotations and training whilst balancing business requirements, individuals' development needs and external factors - Management and pastoral care of individuals on defined early careers programmes - circa 50 - - Work with placement managers and global HR team to effectively manage the performance and development of those on EC programmes. - Ensure global ODHR policies and processes are applied - Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to design and develop high quality programmes - Partner with the Talent Acquisition teams to attract and retain a diverse talent pool - Create standardised processes and frameworks to support localised early careers programmes, Strategic: - Engage with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to understand current and future skills requirements, designing and implementing high quality programmes aligned to this - Ensure our early careers programmes are inclusive and attract a diverse range of talent - Partner with Comms Team to increase our brand awareness and - Be an ambassador for Early Careers internally and externally, promoting career opportunities within the sector as well as within Parker Meggitt.
