Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager / Administrative Support professional to join our fast-paced engineering team. This role will be the central point of coordination for day-to-day operations, enabling our engineers and managers to focus on delivering world-class technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage VISA processes, international travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings for senior Management. Provide ad-hoc support for customer and supplier engagements, including meeting coordination. Oversee purchasing of office and engineering supplies, procurement processes, and budget reconciliation. Coordinate conference room schedules, readiness, and technology setup. Support onboarding of new employees, including workspace preparation, IT setup, and resources. Organize team activities that foster collaboration, engagement, and wellbeing. What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality. Experience in administrative support, office management, or coordination roles (engineering or technical environment preferred). Good computer literacy. This is an Office based role in Redhill. Travel 10% Travel to our near by warehouse in Edenbridge LI-NS1 About The Team Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
