Salary: £25,544.32 per annum

Location: Hybrid working from our Leeds (Arlington Business Centre) site, you will be required to work 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week

Shift pattern: working 9am - 5pm Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7

Training: 4 weeks training

Start date: 6th October 2025

We are currently looking to recruit multiple advisors to join our Samsung Online Reviews Team, an exciting opportunity to represent Samsung's Digital Communications. You will be communicating with our customers responding to reviews relating to all Samsung products and services using channels such as Trustpilot,, Google & third-party retailers such as Argos and John Lewis.

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:

* Represent the Samsung brand across all review platforms, responding to reviews relating to products & services
* Use your Samsung product knowledge to proactively find answers to provide customer resolutions
* Support in identifying customer contact drivers across all platforms
* Work towards specific deadlines whilst always providing a high level of customer service
* Be empathetic and resilient remembering that all reviews either positive, negative or constructive are an opportunity to excel and demonstrate our professionalism and Samsung knowledge
Flexible in supporting with other Online/Digital workstreams where required, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok & YouTube)

What we're looking for:

* Experience within Digital Communications, either within or outside the workplace
* An excellent eye for detail with exceptional written communication skills including spelling, grammar & punctuation
* Ability to meet and work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
* Enthusiasm and determination to always deliver an outstanding level of customer service
* Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office
* An interest in technology is desirable, to support in troubleshooting a wide variety of Samsung products
