When you become a Swansway Trainee Accounts Assistant youll be given all the support you need from our in-house support team to ensure you succeed with every step of your career with Swansway.
What will I be doing? As a Trainee Accounts Assistant youll work closely with the Accountant and Accounts Assistants within your dealership to learn tasks on the job.
Here is what a typical working week could look like:
Support the finance function by providing and processing data to assist the Accountant meet company reporting targets and deadlines.
Ensure relevant systems and files are set up and maintained accurately.
Assist with Credit Control
Raise relevant internal paperwork (cheques requisitions, bank reconciliations) ensuring accuracy at all times.
Maintain safe working practices and ensure compliance with the policies, processes and standards of the Centre.
To ensure that all customer contact is dealt with in a professional manner.
Ensure all queries are handled promptly and accurately.
Purchase Ledger Administration
Provide accurate and timely information to assist in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts.
