St Hild's Church of England School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support teachers in delivering effective teaching and learning to individual pupils and small groups, within set parameters under the direction, guidance, and supervision of the Teacher.
This specific role involves providing support in our Bridge provision, focusing on pupils with emotionally based non-attendance and complex issues.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
* Experience in classroom or small group organization.
* Strong communication skills suitable for children.
* Empathy and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
* Ability to offer individual attention, reassurance, and help with learning tasks as needed.
* Experience supervising groups of pupils.
* High expectations for children’s achievement and behavior.
