Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a leading manufacturer in West Yorkshire to recruit a Operations Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior manufacturing leader to take full ownership of production operations. With a focus on driving efficiency, automation upgrades and continuous improvement while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
* Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations
* Lead and support manufacturing-related projects, including automation upgrades, process
* improvements, and capital investments
* Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans to meet operational targets
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standard
We are keen to speak with Operations Managers / Plant Managers with:
* Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
* Experience of developing a team within a manufacturing environment
* Familiarity with implementing or overseeing automation and efficiency initiatives
* Deep understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and best practices
* Proven ability to lead operational change and improvement initiatives
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
