About the role

As an Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of large-scale, high profile events that showcase the company’s capabilities and enhance client engagement. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage projects from inception to completion will be crucial in ensuring the success of our events.

Within this varied role you will:

1. Plan and organise events, from concept development to execution, ensuring all details align with company objectives and client expectations.
2. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling, to deliver seamless and impactful events.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align event strategies with overall business goals.
4. Oversee onsite event management, including setup, coordination of staff and suppliers, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
5. Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience in events planning and project management, demonstrating a successful track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
