Data Analyst
who's ready to turn complex data into powerful insights that drive real-world impact.

This is more than a reporting role — it's a chance to be at the heart of innovation, change, and strategic decision-making across our Construction and SES projects.

Your Mission

* Unlock the power of data from platforms like COINS, iTrent, Salesforce, Intuita, and more – transforming raw information into clear, actionable insights.
* Support high-impact decisions by providing senior stakeholders with evidence-led analysis that shapes the future of our business and drives better outcomes on our existing projects.
* Collaborate across Functions – from Social Value to Commercial to our Project Teams – ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
* Drive smarter solutions help our businesses free up time to focus on their jobs by automating reporting and unlocking the data
* Be a trusted data partner – answering queries, improving reporting clarity, and ensuring our data tells the right story.
* Champion continuous improvement – using analytics to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and push boundaries in how we work.
