For our development team at our location in Lingen (Ems) or Osnabrück we are looking for a Software Developer Python DevOps (all genders welcome). Have you ever heard of pipeline inspections? The sensor data measured by our tools is converted into human-readable formats and evaluated. As a new team member, you will receive the support you need to get started right away. We are looking for a Python software developer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on DevOps to support us in the development and supporting of our innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
* Automate software development processes using CI/CD tools. Manage infrastructure as code to ensure an agile development and deployment process
* You write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python
* You implement microservice-based software process applications for our inspection systems
* You are part of an autonomous development team in an agile environment
* You optimize and monitor the performance and scalability of our systems
What you will bring
To become part of the ROSEN family, you will demonstrate analytical thinking and an independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach. You also bring:
* Degree in Computer Science or related field, or extensive professional experience
* Advanced knowledge in Python programming language
* Strong experience in container infrastructures (Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow) and CI/CD environments
* Solid experience in DevOps practices andMicrosoft Azure DevOps (TFS)
* Practical experience with Linux and Windows systems
* Understanding of physical background desirable
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of initiative, commitment and team spirit
* Good verbal and written knowledge of English, knowledge of the German language is a plus
