We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our amazing engineering team in Bromborough, as part of a restructuring program.
As a key member of the Engineering Team, your primary accountability is to provide safe and highly reliable equipment to manufacturing colleagues, achieved through a healthy balance of hands-on maintenance competence, equipment knowledge, analysis of equipment performance and strong communication skill.
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - Days only
Key Responsibilities:
* To focus on asset reliability to improve the overall reliability & efficiency of all site assets.
* Undertaking planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance throughout the site.
* Identify improvement projects from scope to implementation with focus on equipment reliability and improved performance.
* Participate and lead Root cause analysis activities on site and drive engineering lead improvements on site
* Execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities to agreed standards, ensuring safe working always.
