London, England, United Kingdom Requirements Your Role: Innovative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand our customers' needs and design great solutions and take those solutions through to delivery. User-Centric Research: Plan and conduct user research to capture valuable insights, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the digital experience for our customers. Design System Development: Partner with the UX team to evolve the Naked Wines design system, practices, and processes, ensuring consistency and excellence across all products. Creative Design: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate your design ideas and interactions. What Were Looking For: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of case studies showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Sketch, and/or Adobe XD. User-Centered Design: A deep understanding and passion for user-centered design principles. Visual Excellence: Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Independence and Teamwork: A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders. Data-Driven Design: Experience with A/B testing and data tools, using results and data to inform design decisions. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of industry-standard design principles and approaches. Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile development environments.
