As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join one of our established branches. You'll run a busy permanent (and potentially temporary) desk across high street, office and commercial roles, using HRGO's acclaimed software systems to win new business and deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the high street, office and commercial sectors.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and, where applicable, temporary roles.
Source, screen and interview candidates to ensure an excellent match to client requirements.
Advertise vacancies, manage applications and maintain accurate records on our systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment journey.
Negotiate fees, salaries and offers to secure successful placements.
What We're Looking For
Proven recruitment sales experience, ideally in a 360 consultant role.
Experience placing permanent and/or temporary staff.
Confident communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple vacancies.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
What We Offer

Salary banding of £28,000–£30,000. We can stretch to £32,000 for the right candidate, which would be linked to higher targets.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–17:30, and Friday, 08:30–17:00. We work from home on Fridays, although this is not included as a contractual entitlement.
