Hours – 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Our client is an independent industrial group that ranks among the world’s top 10 in transport and logistics. Their business has been intercontinental air and ocean freight.
They are recruiting an experienced customer service operator who will work in a busy customer service focused department.
You will be handling a high volume of email exchange and working hand in hand with export operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
You must offer a high level of service to clients. In the role you will be answering quote requests and addressing client problems.

2. Match the complete logistics needs of importers and exporters
3. Organizing transport
4. Customs and regulatory compliance
5. Industrial projects and supply chain service
6. High level customer service skills and quoting
7. Provide high level of customer service
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
1. Export knowledge is essential along with quoting and customer service experience
2. Some air export knowledge is mandatory
3. Sea freight experience is an advantage
4. Excellent telephone manner
5. Exceptional organizational skills
6. Good team player and communicator
